Companion by Forfensen Companion by Forfensen
Told ya I'm in a post=apocalyptic mood.
So far this is the most sweat making picture I have ever done in my entire life.
I've done it entirely from scratch, here's a proof for you  peeps gyazo.com/fe46211ee87495e2a2d7…
It has some flaws, no doubt about that. But I've put so much effort into this I am very happy it came out in one piece.

I always liked dogs in post apocalyptic worlds. There aren't many of them though, don't know why, cause they're bloody good companions.
A ranger walking near power plants with a german sheperd companion? Well here ya go!

EDIT: Re-positioned and improved the shadows on and below the dog, still stands out of the scene. Dang it.
EDIT#2: Desaturated the dog a little and darkened the shadow under him, also blurred the stalker so the the main focus is on the dog.
EDIT#3: Okay, after some time I've managed to creat a sun shadow coming from the dog, I also improved the darkness on the dog.

Panie i panowie.
Oto moja pierwsza, prawie-że-nie-profesjonalna fotomanipulacja.

Lacks shadows from the sun, and it ruins the picture for me (you just can't unnotice lack of any, even slightest shadow that has a direction opposite to the sun. The dog stands out because there's only SSAO around it's paws and tail. It's a small thing, but it's important. That's the only issue I have with this. Otherwise, it would looks really great. Good work.

This has a nice mood! But perhaps you could add a shadow below the dog to make it more realistic :)
